What is Orthopaedic Rehabilitation?
We treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, such as neck pain, rotator cuff tear, frozen shoulder, low back pain, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, hip bursitis, patellofemoral pain, meniscus tear, Achilles tendinitis, and osteoarthritis. Your physical therapist will perform a thorough evaluation in order to find the source of your symptoms and impairments. Your therapist will then create a plan of care, which may consist of manual therapy, exercise, movement re-training, and modalities in order for you to reach your functional goals. Your therapist will perform re-evaluations about every 30 days in order to assess your progress. Based on your progression, your therapist may modify your goals and/or send a progress note to your referring physician. It is vital that you be consistent in attending your sessions and performing your home exercise program in order to see functional improvements.

What benefits does Orthopaedic Rehabilitation provide?
What are patients saying about us?
I was struggling with both a repeatedly twisted ankle and a lot of neck pain. I'd lived with it for over 6 months, had seen multiple specialists and physical therapists about both problems, and no one had figured out what was going on or seemed to care enough to devote the time to figuring it out. Then I went to OptimisSportPT, met Edwin, and knew immediately that things were about to change. Sure enough, the pain is gone, and I'm now much stronger and more in tune to my body.
