In addition to office visits, we offer rehabilitative care through online patient portals (audio and video conferencing). TeleHealth lets patients access care from home when an in-person visit isn’t practical, without compromising the quality of their care.

Our patient-facing app will provide members with an enhanced patient experience, including by giving them a convenient way to provide direct feedback to your therapist, resulting in improved outcomes for you in fewer visits. This allows our team of skilled and dedicated therapists to educate, instruct and provide valuable coaching and functional mobility to patients while they remain safely at home, with options for continuing assistance after you complete your rehab care, should you have an interest.
